UNIX Engineers Needed Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 1 year Rate: $45/hr Preferred contractor location is St. Louis, Charlotte, or San Francisco. Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree Deliver Linux RedHat and Solaris design and engineering for Wells Fargo Bank to ensure server and storage solutions are in alignment with strategy and standards. Create a technical design and provide information in costing templates. Communicate effectively with business and internal partners to clarify technical requirements are in alignment with proposed design solution. Concentrated experience in Redhat Linux, Solaris required. Intermediate knowledge of Windows is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in another similar engineering discipline. 6-8 years of working experience in distributed server environment with all aspects of design, build and support.
