Including such applications/systems as follows: InfoFactory (Documentum v6.5) ICM-TL (DCM v6.5) Web Publisher (v6.5) Daily Responsibilities: - Understand and translate customers and operations requirements Incident and Problem management Design and implement solutions Document High & Low Level Designs Work with the cross support teams, and project teams for day to day operations needs. Work with cross geo sustaining support teams to train and assist them in service support.
