Message Broker Consultant Location: Kansas City, MO Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $50-55/hr *Required skills: * Skills: We are looking for well rounded Message Broker with EDI 27X transaction experience. Message Broker, ESAQL, Stored Procedures, EDI 27X Knowledgeable in 4010A1 and 5010 HIPAA implementation guides relate to Claim status, Eligibility checking and Pre-authorization receipt Can write code in accordance with documented regulator changes found when moving from 4010A1 to 5010 All coding will be stored in predefined directories in a company provided implementation development environment Will utilize test cases/scripts generated for each requirement to include a physical record to bench test their developed or modified code Should be familiar with Clearinghouse processes and replies (997 and/or 999) Technical knowledge must include but not be limited to o Programming Language: Message Broker, MQ Series, XML and Stored Procedures o Software IDE(s) Used are SpecBuilder, Data Stage, Crystal o Database access via SQL for SQL Server 2005 o Application Server utilizes XEngine, Transaction Manager (TM), Mapper (Translator), InfoServer Must understand and be able to conduct Claim Status, Eligibility and Pre-Authorization testing * * *Must be familiar with * o 270 Eligibility inquiry and its 271 Eligibility response o 276 Claim Status Inquiry and its 277 Claim Status response o 278 Pre-Authorization Inquiry and 278 Pre-Authorization response (not required, but nice to have) o Must know how to forward any real time inquiry or response to other entities within a pre-defined association o Must recognize the difference between FEP, Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap and NASCO type of real time or batch inquiries and response Must have excellent hands on skills with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
