Project Management ability
Excellent problem solving skills to understand ramifications of code
development throughout entire systems
Understanding of functional requirements and ability to expand on
requirements with clients
Ability to work with ambiguous requirements
Modular programming with user controls experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
