The PM will create and manage project plans for several projects, insuring on-time delivery of scheduled tasks. Will manage the system testing to insure final system has been completed in compliance with all of the stated requirements. The PM needs to have the following skills and experience: Ø Strong structured methodology managing web-based projects Ø Heavy web-centric experience as a PM is required Ø Excellent communication skills. Must be able to interface with the clients in order to articulate business requirements. Ø PM's who have experience leading teams in the design and building of Internet browser-based applications. Experience in designing, programming, adopting, and integrating web-based applications. These applications are ColdFusion, PHP, ASP.NET, Java, Python, Flex, etc. Ø Experience with RAD, JAD and managing project task lists and scheduling using MS Project.
