*Job title : .NET opening Location : Phoenix,AZ (Only Local to AZ) Duration : 6 Months Rate : $45/Hr Must be local for face to face interviews* Qualifications Possess exceptional organizational skills Possess strong training and mentoring ability with effective listening, negotiating and facilitating skills Proficiency using VSTS 2008 Have significant experience developing business applications in .NET 3.5 Have a strong knowledge of SOA principles and best practices and experience with Microsoft’s SOA toolset (WF, WCF, MSMQ). Proficiency with WPF/Silverlight Familiarity and experience with using TFS for version control, builds and task management Experience with the planning and implementing of SOA/Distributed systems in an MS environment Understanding of asynchronous messaging patterns in SOA systems Preference given to candidates who have experience with the following: Experience with Visual Studio Team 2010 2 + years developing Silverlight Applications Experience with RIA Services Experience designing data models for business applications Experience with implementing applications using the MVVM pattern Experience with ORM frameworks – Specifically: MS Entity Framework, LLBLGen, or nHibernate Experience with claims based security, preferably having familiarity with MS “Geneva” framework.
