Title: PeopleSoft HR Developer**

Location: St. Louis, MO.**

Duration: 6 Months +**

Using version 9.1---but earlier versions would be OK (recent experience a
must, though)**

 ***HR CONVERSION DEVELOPER**

must be able to troubleshoot, look at programs, MUST be able to write
SQL....should be very comfortable with APP designer and look-up tables.**

* Investigate and root cause data issues in select data sets provided by
client.**

****MUST BE COMFORTABLE PROVIDING SOLUTIONS WITHOUT DETAILED DESIGN DOCS, in
some instances.**

* Include analyzing data from flat files or Excel spreadsheets, capture data
issues**

* Investigate and logging root causes, understand and document issues and
present these to functional team and deployment team**

* Assist team in recommending solutions for data issues without a detailed
design.**

Job requirements **

3-7 years of experience programming and developing PeopleSoft applications *
*

• Require strong PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application
engine, Component Interface, SQR Reports experience. **

• Strong SQL knowledge **

• Work with project leads (Development, Functional, Technical and
Interface/Conversion) to confirm and substantiate functional and technical
designs. **

• Experience with customizing PeopleSoft Workflow and must have developed
complex modules or bolt-ons to the applications with minimal supervision **

• Perform analysis, design, coding and implementation of system changes,
customizations. **

• Must have experience in working in a structured, development environment,
using industry standard methodologies like CMMI, RUP etc **

•Interact and communicate with Client to provide status and facilitate
meetings, provide feedback with regard to releases, etc. and participate in
all the technical review team meetings **

Minimum Qualifications: **

•BS degree in Information Systems or related field **

•3-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft **

•Extensive experience with SDLC and systems analysis, design and testing **

•Exceptional analytical skills **

•Ability to learn independently, work effectively in a team environment and
work with a diverse user community **

•Strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate
with users, technical staff and all levels of management. **

• A self-motivated individual with the ability to drive towards high quality
solutions and resolutions.**
