Must have 3-5+yrs of Functional experience with PeopleSoft development(*PAYROLL MODULE)*:* PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 & North America Payroll 8.8* a. Development and modification of SQR programs for custom interfaces, payroll, and reports as required by vendors and Application Engine programs and Component Interfaces b. Applying patches/bundles and fixes and Tax Updates recommended by PeopleSoft. c. Development and roll-out of Payroll Interface for countries outside North America, using customized EAI module. d. Development of new modules from End-to-end, including requirement gathering, fit-gap-analysis, Functional and Tech. Designs, Coding, testing and migration and sign-off. e. Development and roll-out of Payroll Interface for countries outside North America, using customized EAI module. 2. Must have previous PeopleSoft customization using *People Tools*: a. *PeopleTools 8.49 / 8.51 * 3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 5.
