Duration: 6 months Employment Status: H1B Description: *Senior Project Manager* Responsible for managing full life cycle of complex IT projects, including project planning and execution. Uses expertise and leadership skills to resolve project issues and ensure that project goals and requirements are met. *Requires at least 5+ years experience managing IT projects in a complex environment*** Someone with a *BANKING background* would be best *Responsibilities:* 1. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple inter-related projects 2. Facilitates project team meetings, manages agendas and meeting recaps to ensure all project tasks and goals are being accomplished as expected. 3. Ensures that resources assigned to the project have all the tools and information needed to perform their project tasks. 4. Evaluates multiple project interdependencies. 5. Monitors issues within projects and escalates the issues when appropriate. 6. Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems in a timely and quality manner. 7. Ensures that the project complies with our IT Project Life Cycle methodology. 8. Coordinates and delegates assignments to other staff members. 9. Develops project schedules, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects. 10. Reviews estimates performed by others to ensure that they are realistic, complete and clearly represented. 11. Maintains project schedules ensuring project is moving along as expected, identifying any deviations and reporting upon any exceptions.
