4+ years Exchange experience
2+ years of Enterprise level Microsoft Exchange 2007 and 2010 experience
(2,000+ users and multiple sites)
OCS (Office Communication Server R2) / Lync (in high availability scenarios
preferably)

Scripting / Database reporting
MessageStats
Enterprise Vault
SCOM
Scripting/Database Reporting
AudioCodes Media Gateway support
Telecom PSTN advanced knowledge
Windows XP/7 advanced knowledge
MCSE, MCITP, MCTS certifications preferred
85% Exchange 2010 / Secure Mail (IronMail)
10% Windows XP / Office 2007/2010 user support and troubleshooting
5% everything else
Administer and support all Unified Communications systems located within
environment
o Messaging Support (Microsoft Exchange 2010)
o Unified Messaging (voicemail)
o Unified Communications (voice) - Office Communication Server R2 /
Lync
o Conferencing System (Live Meeting)
o Secure Email Gateways (spam)
Architecture and planning of above systems
VMware support
Monthly and ad hoc reporting
Administration of Esker
Administration of Listserv
Configuration, tuning and issue resolution on all of above
