The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis and mature the business architecture Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the business unit in context of the enterprise Develop architectural roadmaps/plans . *Qualifications : - * Around 7 years of experience in consumer support space Excellent communication skills through a variety of media. Should be able to participate in onsite meetings and on calls Strong Analytical skills , Meeting management skills Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment.
