Role -: Business Analyst
Location -: Charlotte, NC
Duration -: 6+ Months
Rates -: $40/hr on c2c
Roles & Responsibilities :
. Business Analyst will act as a liaison and problem solver between the
business and technology sides of the group
. Ultimately responsible for the Business Requirement Document ,author,
maintain and facilitate sign off of the document
. Gather requirements by partnering with Lines of Business partners, Change
managers and Technology Delivery manager (TDM)
. Review requirements to identify possible gaps
. Deliver messages and resolve issues between business and technology
. Build traceability matrix
. Interface with line of Business and need very sharp and crisp communication
skills
. Facilitate meetings and JAD sessions
. Participate in Project charter/BRD scoring assessment process
. Primarily assigned in the Define ,Measure phases and do a support role for
Analyze ,Improve and Control
