This is Rama with Quantum InfoTech Title : Windows Admin Location : Minneapolis, MN Duration : 8 - 9 Months Our Information Technology team has several senior-level openings to maintain and administer operating system instances and/or storage management systems for one or more of the following platform:MS Windows Operating Systems. Responsibilities include: • Provide 24 by 7 on-call administration and support for one or more of the applications listed above. Work with business areas and IT developers to troubleshoot and resolve daytime and after-hours support issues in a timely manner as described in IT and business area service level agreements. Facilitate and implement environmental and application changes according to local and national processes and procedures. • Implement and maintain MS Windows. Assist in the design of security and integrity controls. Design and analyze distributed computing policies, procedures, and standards. • Provide consultation to local lines of business and assist them with information technology decisions and implementations. • Evaluate and research new information technologies and, when appropriate, recommend the implementation of new technologies to management. • Work with local and national lines of business to research, implement, and support information technology solutions. Develop and maintains project documentation. • Create and update written documentation according to Federal Reserve project and information security standards. Provide management with written status reports for projects and tasks. • Obtain and maintain certification in a job-related information technology discipline.
