*Manual/Backend Tester (Multiple Openings) *

   - Ability to size, design, write and execute test scripts for UNIX and/or
   Web- based systems
   - Proficiency in UNIX, including writing shell scripts
   - 5+ years experience in quality assurance testing of software
   applications; including analyzing and understanding business and technical
   requirements, building positive/negative test data
   - Weblogic Application Server experience
   - Must have strong Database testing experience (DB2 preferred)
   - Ability to create, review, validate, and maintain a comprehensive
   regression test suite
   - Ability to independently ensure that test case standards are adhered to
   for all targeted test and regression test cases
   - Ability to execute regression suites and report and track problems by
   providing reproducible test cases  while working with other product team
   members to close problem reports
   - Ability to independently conduct root cause analysis of identified
   defects, providing development/business partners with sufficient detail to
   understand, replicate and resolve
   - Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and have experience
   performing Database data validation testing
   - Proficiency in XML and have experience performing XML file validation
   testing is nice to have
   - Demonstrated knowledge of some or all of the following: Java (J2EE), C,
   C++, shell programming, WebLogic, and ClearQuest
   - Knowledge of the US Residential Mortgage Industry is a plus
