Business Analyst with Salesforce.com Case Management

Location: Riverside, CA

Duration: 6 months+ contract

Rate: Open (DOE)



*Required Skills:*



·       Experience in database solution migration or integration

·       Contact Center experience in any analytical role for best practices

·       Must possess strategic planning experience

·       *Specific experience in Salesforce.com Case Management is required*

·       Strong process-driven analysis skills and background in various
requirement elicitation methods

·       Strong facilitation skills – Must be able to elicit requirements
from various personalities across organization boundaries

·       Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively
with business units – Must be able to communicate effectively and
confidently with clients, team members, and management

·       Strong understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate
it in layman’s terms

·       Strong ability to analyze and document complex business processes

·       Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of
challenging tasks

·       Must be able to solve problems and to make effective decisions under
pressure
