Experience Level Description: - A senior experience level is defined as having 6+ years in the IT space and 4+ years in the specific technology set they are recruited for. - Resources at this level would be expected to be able to take on both leadership and team leadership roles and could work with little direction. - A Tech Lead will display excellent oral and written communication skills and posses the ability to speak and listen effectively. Responsibilities: - Assure traceability between requirements and detailed application design. - Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior developers. - Analyze and coordinate the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems. - Take an active, hands-on role in the implementation of software. - Mentor junior developers in new technologies and architectures. - Assure that all technical deliverables are consistent with organizational standards. - Participate in development of technical strategy and mapping solutions back to overall business objectives.
