The position would be to assist the current team with the operational challenges around support issues and total customer experience (TCE) issues. The position requires the standard Business Analyst job skills. Candidates with previous experience working with software licensing would be a plus. Candidates with previous experience with Flexera Software licensing applications would be a plus.
