Each Scrum team works very closely on 2 week development sprints. There is considerable interaction with business partners and business representatives. Production Releases occur every month in an integrated fashion and the scrum teams are responsible for release planning, execution (with assistance from the infrastructure teams) as well as post-release validation and post-production warranty break/fix efforts. In lieu of detailed specs/design docs, *developers in this environment are expected to work within Continuous Integration frameworks and there is a major focus on developing automated unit tests and documented code coverage. * *Developers must be able to provide expected task descriptions and associated LOEs at the start of each sprint.** Team members are expected to attend daily stand up meetings providing real-time status and any impediments.
