Experience with SAP R3 development (ABAP programs, data dictionary objects, infosets, transports etc) is required. . Procurement experience a plus . Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills required, as well as communication and interpersonal skills and good organizational skills. Position:3 Title: BI- BW Architect (HR) Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 3+ Months Rate: $DOE Required skills: . Responsible for building ETL, DSO, cube, and BEX reports in an HR environment . . The position is to define and build a common Data Model in BW with current SAP HR Data for the core staff and merge in the data ADP data for the seasonal staff. . Must have experience in HR processes and data models -- primarily in SAP but any extensions out the integrating ADP. . Must have BW/ABAP skills to build interface into BW and up the architecture . Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Will be supported by a Web Methods consultant for ADP to SAP (or file) interface.
