Duration: 6+ Months CTH No of Positions: 3 Rate: $DOE Required Skills: Must have 6+ Years of IT experience with Web analytics tools, reporting, Webtrends, Adobe Omniture, or Coremetrics Responsible for reporting and analyzing of site metrics and search engine optimization of Thermo Fisher Scientific internal and external websites Specific Duties: Reporting and analysis of website metrics * Track and analyze user behavior, conversion, and revenue. * Provide business partners and peers within e-Business delivery organization with regular reporting and analysis to improve key performance indicators. * Assist in developing and maintaining electronic dashboard and regular presentation-based reports on site statistics using Web analytics tools. * Produce ad hoc reports on website and e-mail marketing metrics. * Collect and report customer/end user feedback. Reporting and analysis of search engine optimization * Track and analyze internal site search performance and use software tools to refine relevancy and search result rankings. * Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand product and supplier ranking needs. * Maintain high degree of knowledge and expertise in SEO best practices through research and analysis. * Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on SEO best practices and working with Web content editors and related business partners to continually improve the company's external search result rankings. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: . Experience with Web analytics tools and reporting . Experience with Webtrends, Adobe Omniture, or Coremetrics . Deep knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies . Must be able to provide examples of analysis, reporting, and positive results . Experience with on-site search tools (e.g. Endeca) is a plus . Experience with online advertising, including banner and rich media advertisements . Experience with Google AdWords and Google Webmaster Tools is a plus . Experience with large scale Web projects, ideally major B-to-B e-commerce sites is a plus . Experience with Web and user interface design, understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus . Experience working with creative and technical project teams . Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint . SQL-based skills are a plus . Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams .
