· Microsoft SQL Server

*Experience in Contact Center technology, in particular with Genesys
products:*
· Genesys Voice Platform Studio / Genesys Composer
· Genesys Interaction and Platform SDKs
· Genesys Interaction Routing Designer
· VRU application code written in the Genesys Studio 7.0.3 tool
using Microsoft ASP, .NET, and SQL Server.
