Coordinate work assignments for a team of 15 developers and testers . Responsible for ensuring all work units are delivered on time . Responsible for onshore offshore communication. . Maintaining defect data and analysis . Coordinating with client networking and information security for all access needs . Ensure all defined processes are followed . Defect analysis and reduction (improve quality of work) . Discussion with offshore lead in all process improvement/Issues . Resourcing Roll-offs/Holidays/Roll-ons . Preparing and verifying all weekly and monthly Reports Ideal Candidate will have the following: . 6 - 8 years experience developing in core C , . Experience leading a large team of 15 - 20 associates . Strong understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance . Strong technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation . Excellent communications and interpersonal skills . Languages: PL/SQL . Databases: Oracle 10/11, . IDE: Microsoft Visual Studio . Experience in developing small business critical applications .
