Extensive background as a Business Analyst responsible for writing detailed business requirements for BI Reports, defining use cases, user acceptance testing and tracking issues through resolution, working with dedicated development teams to continually articulate requirements on behalf of the Business and troubleshooting production issues for BI reports.
