We have an below urgent requirement from our client.
*Title: .Net/Web developer ( F2F Required )*
*Location:* New York City**
*Duration:* 6-12months
The role of .Net Developer will entail developing for the e-commerce as well
as the marketing sites. This person will work closely with the business
project managers to finalize requirements and user experience.
- Responsible for executing requirements through code within the
established technical framework
- Works well as a team member
- Many projects will be small, fast-paced campaigns
- Attention to Detail is a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Complete assignments quickly and on time
- A structured approach to development, which includes a focus on
maintainability and separation of concerns
Must have a strong understanding of:
- Public-facing websites
- ASP.Net / C# – 3+ years experience
- jQuery / JavaScript
- X/HTML – ability to hand-code
- CSS
- Web Services
- Object-oriented programming
Must be proficient in and have knowledge of:
- T-SQL / relational databases
- XML
- AJAX
Must be familiar with the following Applications:
- Visual Studio
The following skills are a plus:
- MVC framework
- Microsoft AJAX, the MS AJAX Control Toolkit, and the MS AJAX JavaScript
library
- XSLT
- Understanding of secure coding practices
- Knowledge of SharePoint MOSS 2007, including building web parts
