Peoplesoft HCM Tester Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans • Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. • Execute test scripts. • Record actual results and any defect found in the program’s testing tool (HP’s ALM). • Work with the break / fix team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. • Validate product fixes. • Inform the offshore test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.
