Title: Infrastructure Architecture
Location: Miamisburg, OHIO
Duration: 3 Months

The Infrastructure Technology Architecture group defines and enforces
technology principles, standards, and patterns for our client. They define
architecture framework and use components or building blocks to design
infrastructure services that support business unit hardware, software, and
network needs. Three areas of Infrastructure Technology Architecture are
Infrastructure Standards, Enterprise Architecture, and Solutions
Architecture.

Responsibilities:
1)           Collaborate with our client. Business Relationship Managers
(BRMs) to understand Service Strategy and Business Unit goals and
priorities
2)          Design and introduce new hardware, software, and network
infrastructure services in line with our client. Service Strategy and
Business Unit strategies
3)          Understand the business and customer needs to introduce
innovative technical solutions that grow the bottom line and/or speed time
to market
4)          Advocate for technology and process improvements that will
deliver flexible platforms and processes that support agile product
development and facilitate the rapid transformation of customer insight
into customer value
5)          Generate intellectual property, protect and communicate as
appropriate

Preferred Qualifications:
1)          Infrastructure Architect with Masters degree in related field
and equivalent experience in related field. (10-15 years work experience, 5
years experience as an architect preferred. Infrastructure Engineer with
relevant experience will also be considered)
2)          Experience with end to end infrastructure architecture and
technologies (e.g.
a.           Hardware engineering, and network standards, creation of
infrastructure stack templates
b.           Storage technology
c.           Virtualization and Cloud Computing
d.          Application Servers, MQ, ESB and middleware integration
e.           Hardware sizing, Method to create deployment architecture,
consideration of operational procedures
f.           Scalability, performance, reliability, availability design of
compute, storage, network
g.           Security implications and solutions
h.
3)          Package Implementation: Oracle eBusiness
4)          TOGAF Certification
5)          Industry Middleware and ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
6)          A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
