Position: CTMS Lead/ Business Analyst:

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Pennington NJ



Among other things must be able to-  Lead the business analysis effort for
the CTMS Finance module; deliver to-be business processes in the functional
areas of Cost Plan, Fund & Contract and Payment Management; business
requirements and functional design

Deliver the defined integrated processes between Siebel CTMS and SAP to
support clients business needs to manage fund and payment from end to end;
implement the defined business rules and interface requirements related to
these processes

Provide project-management support for the reporting track (implementing
Oracle Clinical Development Analytics (CDA) and BI Publisher for CTMS
reporting needs)  coordinate project planning and client communications

*Responsibilities: * This resource is required to transition from 2 current
business analysts and guide the team through system testing and production
release  Maintain requirement specifications documents and work through
change control process to make necessary updates  Coordinate with system
test and UAT teams for defect resolution. Skills:  Significant
Consulting/client facing background  Outstanding teamwork skills and keen
attention to detail  Should possess excellent communication skills

Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements
definition and mapping, participation in testing and/or training phases

At least 3 years of experience as BA in Siebel Clinical implementation

Minimum 8 years of experience in a business analyst role

Experience in interacting with end users and business user for capturing
requirements or understanding issues

Experience in defining approaches and independently writing functional
design and use cases

*Desired:* Experience in defining requirements for Oracle LSH/CDA
reporting, with understanding of the reporting tool

Should be able to conduct, manage and lead workshops, business sessions to
define process and requirements

Should be able to help technical team lead in proposing Solutions for
Siebel requirements
