*Liferay Portal Developer* *Location: Knoxville, TN* *Duration: 6 months* * * *Job Description:* - *Candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of the Liferay Portal Server and be an expert at extending its capabilities, performance tuning, customizing the user experience/look and feel and developing portal content * - *Responsible for Development and maintenance of existing Liferayportlets as needed * - *Responsible for Development of functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and to enable rapid iterative support for evaluative research * - *Experience in design and development of Web Services and Portal Beans * - *Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills for all tiers of web applications * - *Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
