We have an below urgent requirement from our client.
*Subject:* *Peoplesoft HRMS Developer (Locals only&US Citizen)*
*Location*: New York City
*Duration: *6+ months
*Background:*
Technical / Functional developer for Peoplesoft HRMS production support.
Five years of experience working with HRMS Base Benefits/ Payroll. At
least five years of development and production support or equivalent
experience on an implementation project with PeopleSoft.
*Required: US Citizen

*Mandatory:*
*PeopleSoft* Technical Analyst support a HCM/ELM System
This position is responsible for the technical analysis, design,
development, testing and implementation/support of *PeopleSoft* *HRMS*/ELM
version 9.0.
Requirements: Must possess extensive technical knowledge of
*PeopleSoft*HCM/ELM (PeopleCode, Application Designer and Application
Engine, SQR)
products to identify specific requirements, processes, self-service, and
user-defined rules.
Other skills required:
Strong PeopleTools expertise (PeopleCode, App Designer, SQR, etc.).
Strong experience in Workflow and XML publisher tools is preferred.
Experience in Integration of *PeopleSoft* and 3rd party applications
through Oracle BPEL
Must have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of *PeopleSoft* HCM
(PeopleCode, Application Designer and Application Engine) version 8.9 or
higher with several large companies.
Must possess experience in bolt-Ons to the applications; develop and modify
a variety of *PeopleSoft* HCM modules using SQR, Applications Engine,
PeopleCode, component interface, and PeopleTools.
Experience with several full lifecycle implementations.
Knowledge of relevant business area (HR, Benefits Administration,
*Payroll*Interface).
Must possess excellent proven *PeopleSoft* Application trouble-shooting
abilities.
Strong requirements gathering skills.
Excellent analysis, design, and ability to analyze and streamline
business/system processes.
Ensure internal/external interface data integrity.
Responsible for developing technical specification documents for
customizations, Interfaces and Reports.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and possess the
flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements.
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, both
written and verbal.
Ability to manage and report on many concurrent activities. Ability to work
independently.
