Java Developer (~2 @ middle-level experience focusing on web application development): Medium Java (J2SE) experience Light Spring experience Light Ant "buildfile" experience Tomcat familiarity Heavy Javascript and CSS experience Experience with Velocity and/or Freemarker templating (or something comparable) .NET/Java Developer (~3 @ entry to middle-level experience focusing on general development): Medium to heavy ASP (classic) and .NET experience (c#) - exactly in this order.
