prefer local or as local as we can get * *JOB Description: * -Minimum of 5 years experience administrating enterprise database systems -Required experience in SAP SQL database administration -Exceptional experience in database installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, scripts, tuning, table reorganization, job scheduling, performance analysis & tuning, high availability, log shipping, mirroring, backup & restore, disaster recovery -Perform SQL DBA activities on multiple critical SQL Databases; SQL 2008 running SAP ECC, Solution Manager, BW, PI, EP, ADS and CRM -Hands-on experience with SAP database and backup operations including BRBackup, BRArchive and DBACockpit -Strong knowledge of index management, system configuration, patching -Establish, maintain and monitor corporate database administration policies on enterprise database instances -Implement, maintain and verify corporate database backup and restore strategies -Define disaster recovery framework and plan with team -Define, implement and manage critical database monitoring protocols and standards -Provide second and third line support for internal and 3rd-party applications -Work with the SAP Development team on performance which include indexing -Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitoring, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tool -Review application requirements and make hardware and storage recommendations - Review enterprise changes to determine impact to the database environment -Experience ranges: Minimum of 5 years experience *Responsibilities: * -Administration of the SAP database management system (Oracle and Windows SQL) -Responsible for the technical functions associated with creating and maintaining the different databases throughout the SAP Landscape including: operformance and tuning analysis; ocapacity planning, workload modeling, and prediction; osystems support; osupport and optimization; oand DB software upgrades/patches Responsible for SAP backup and restore procedures *Thanks & Regards, -- Ranadheer Technical recruiter Sriven Technologies LLC .., E-Mail: [email protected] Web: www.sriventech.com Ph: 703-842-4812 ext 303 Fax: 1866 725-2860* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
