To address Change Management audit issues and support day to day operations
to ensure that the controls are kept effective and the processes and
procedures are kept up-to-date. Look for opportunities to automate critical
processes for controls compliancy.
statement: Work as a change management analyst to work on various change
management audit remediation and day to day operational support activities
such as: Review change tickets from Remedy 7.5 for compliancy and
completeness. Track discovered changes and review for compliancy with
authorized changes. Follow up with SMEs and take appropriate actions.
Update procedures as needed. Document, as needed, the change process
automation requirements and work with Remedy admins to test and validate
the changes. Document procedures as needed.
skill: Senior (7+ yrs)
skills:
Experience in developing and supporting change management
processes.
Experience in understanding ITIL V3 based change management
and service management processes, controls and standards.
Experience in creating and validating Remedy 7.5 change
tickets.
Technical Writing skills to document change management
procedures.
Detailed oriented person who can review change tickets and
discovered changes and track in a spreadsheet and follow up with users.
Document actions and issues clearly.
Establishing relationships and interpersonal communication.
Remedy 7.5 change process.
Knowledge of discovery tool like Tripwire is a plus.
QuestStat (PeopleSoft) a plus.
ClearCase is a plus.
