Interact with stakeholders of client products (approx 35 products across NMS BU and Professional Services groups) to understand customer plans, market dynamics and product roadmaps Interact with customers, sales, PLM teams to understand customer’s pipeline, issues & pain points Identify development opportunities. Coordinate with delivery and sales to present business propositions to customer stake holders. Create TechM brand at all levels of management and neutralize competition GTM- Explore feasibility to sell NMS/OSS solutions through TechM sales force Present TechM’s point of view in conferences and webinars. *Skills:* · BTech/MS in Electrical/Computer Science with 10-15 years of experience in architecting and building NMS/EMS applications for large TELCO/MSO/Enterprise customers. · Strong FCAPS and E2E network architecture knowledge on Legacy and Next Generation. Broadband/Video and IP/MPLS Networks. · Thorough understanding of NMS application/platform scalability and performance tuning aspects for large networks. · Exposure to NGOSS architectures and integration to NMS is highly desirable. · Should be very conversant with industry standards and trends in NMS/Networking Space. · Excellent communication/presentation, customer interfacing and Requirement gathering/analysis skills. · Currently working in a product management role or wanting to move into a product management or pre-sales role.
