SUMMARY:- The Technical Manager, Data Warehouse will be a member of the Financial Services/Business Organization team playing a key role in delivering enhancements and daily support of the data warehouse applications. This position is ideal for a candidate who has mix of experience in data warehouse operations process as well as project delivery experience. This individual should have a strong desire and ability to be involved in hands-on design, problem solving, and with an ability to manage development with both onshore and offshore developers. KEY DUTIES:- * Provide technical leadership and management oversight to analysis and resolution of development support issues. * Provide technical leadership to the FSBO team for the Data Warehouse including operational troubleshooting procedures, roles andresponsibilities and application support requirements. * Provide technical leadership and management oversight to delivery of project enhancements in accordance with project priorities and deliverables. * Ability to work effectively with peer groups, business analysts and project managers to define requirements, resource levels, estimates, dependencies and project plans. * Work closely with product and services teams to ensure a smooth transition of code from development into production. * Reviewing designs, test plans and code to ensure high levels of performance, data quality, and maintainability. * Coordinate development and support activities between multiple project teams.
