Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide technical leadership in the installation, configuration and implementation of VMware products & technologies. Deliver projects in the enterprise space, often independently, and with a commitment to high-quality outcomes. Document best practices for developing and deploying these solutions for reuse. Experience with formal change control process, preferred ITIL based methodology. Job Requirements VMware’s products (VMware ESX, vCenter, SRM, vCloud Director, vCenter Operations) Windows Server Operating system knowledge Network and Storage design and implementation Familiar with systems management concepts, processes & standards, capacity/performance management & tuning, and storage & network management.
