Title: Clarity Functional Designer Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Duration: 6+ Months No of Positions: 1 Rate: $DOE Description: The role would involve working for the Business Services group, the successful candidate, under direction from the Project Manager, will be responsible for the technical design and functional implementation of key initiative enhancements of the Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management platform (CA's Clarity). This position will utilize technical qualities to successfully design the solution, provide overall guidance to the solution technical co-worker (developer), and mentor support personnel in implementation and maintenance of the solution. Required skills: . Must have 7-10 Years of Clarity Functional Design experience. . Architectural, design, and technical leadership of multi-faceted, critical, and highly visible project . Able to scope design work including translating design into functional Clarity configurations (portlets, XOG, reports, etc) . Be a technical expert on Clarity. Must have over 5 years experience in designing, functional implementations/configurations of Clarity for IT. . Will be able to manage project technical staff (including Amgen, consultant, and vendor) to include work allocation, scheduling, testing, training and professional development, and problem resolution. Regularly communicate with project manager on project status, issues, and plans for resolution. . Align and prioritize workload in accordance with business strategy and objectives . Ability to drive project technical team with meeting milestone implementation goals on time, on budget, and within scope. .
