Job Descripition*
*·* Responsible for maintaining Informatica systems software and
the runtime environment.
*·* Working with existing team to maintain Informatica PowerCenter
v8.1.1. Plans to upgrade to v.9.1
*· * Applying hotfixes as needed to Informatica PowerCenter v8.1.1
*·* Perform implementation and rollout of Informatica Metadata
Manager
*· * Provide technical support for the Informatica environment
*· * Work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating
environment including throughput, repository sizing,
capacity planning, monitoring and maintenance
*·* Work with our developer teams to advise on standards and tool
usage
Informatica repository performance tuning
*· * Supporting the Production, UAT, QA and Development ETL
environments with responsibility for environment uptime
and overall system performance
*·* Coordinating downtime with the application support team to
perform upgrades and install hot fixes
*
