Required Skill’s: Client is currently looking for Mobile Support Specialist. Qualified applicants will have at lease 5 years experience utilizing mobile technologies. They are also looking for people with experience including blackberry, iPads, Playbooks, Smart Phones, and other Android devices. Also, Boxtone, MVS, Lotus Notes Traveler, MobileIron and Cortado would be a plus. Experience in Installing, Troubleshooting, Configuring and Documenting changes required to make identified applications to work in the mobile device environment. Must know Remedy as well as provide workarounds, and permanent fixes to issues identified in the mobile device environment. Applicants must possess excellent communication and documentation skills.
