Please send me matching profiles along with expected hourly rate and contact information *Title: Sr. .Net Developer * * * *Location: Cincinnati, OH* * * *Duration: 6 to 12 months+* Job Description: *DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Analyzes, codes, tests and documents complex enhancements made to new and/or existing programs. · Designs, codes, tests and implements application programs in accordance with client specifications. · Acts as a liaison to define business requirements and/or problems and initiates maintenance of existing programs or designs of a new application. · Oversees the advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution functions for software products. · Interprets business requirements and identifies solutions to meet business objectives. · May be technical lead on larger projects and may act as project lead on smaller projects/development efforts. · Reviews and recommends vendor products, develops technical specifications and interfaces with other applications. *DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * * * *· Minimum of at least three (3) years of experience with C# required. * *· 6+ years of software design and development experience using Microsoft technologies. * · The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Technologies such as the .NET framework, C#, C++, ISAPI, MFC and COM/DCOM. · Strong experience in object oriented methodologies and programming, preferably in C#. · Must have a solid foundation in Visual Studio environment and Windows operating systems. · Must have experience with web services design and implementation. · Development experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005. · Experience with performance optimization and tuning of database applications. (Nice to have) · Expertise in designing and implementing web-based, two-tier and three-tier client server applications required. · ASP, VBScript and XML (Nice to have) · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
