Knowledge of MS SQL Server is optional but good to have. Need strong DB performance troubleshooting. DB Architect would be a good candidate for this opening We are looking for a Senior level Oracle DBA – definitely prefer someone with an analyst, architect or designer background. They do not want just a DB administrator who has never done any design work. They already have that. They want a senior level person who can advise them on design and development issues as well as help them with any Oracle performance. Usually this is a progressive path for a good DBA.
