This is still open and we can get quick feedback. Non-locals are ok and
phone interviews are ok as well. Just need to communicate well.

Please help me find great candidates for this spot. I need two desktop NOT
web .Net/C# developers for our client Trane in White Bear Lake, MN. Please
find me some people. This is a good opportunity to get quick results.

I have two long term (could be multiple years) contract spots to fill. The
process is quick. Interview and a decision by the next day or possibly the
same day.

Out of town candidates are ok and they will hire over the phone but
communication skills must be very good. Must be able to have a
conversation with the candidates. Not just short or one word answers.

These are desktop application development spots (someone who is developing
standalone applications that can be installed on desktops/laptops). These
are NOT web application development positions. They want some design exp
as well.
