Must have 5-6 years of experience in developing/customizing BMC AR Remedy based applications (version 7.1 and above), Remedy Web Service & Remedy APIs. 2. Good understanding on Oracle Database & SQL Queries, Unix basics, shell scripting & Web Service Integration. *Preferred Skills:* 1. Knowledge of ITSM Application/processes, analytics dashboards, business processing automation. Any Helpdesk Operational/functional knowledge is an added advantage. 2.
