Experience ininfrastructure design, web content management, defining content taxonomies,portal search, personalization, content communities, definition and setup is necessary. Integration frameworks for portal content, portal security,portal authentication, work flow, credential management, and logical portal design will be critical to this role.
Additionally, Developer III is responsible for business, functional andtechnical requirements gathering, design, coordination, testing and support of applications, reports, scripts and interfaces. This position will serveas senior level developer of applications, databases, reports, interfaces and scripts. Function as a coordinator for staff performing intermediate development. This individual will collaborate with process owners, business managers, technical staff, and project managers to leverage the use of tools, data, and strategies across a full spectrum of business needs and serve as anexpert resource in the organization for the location and understanding of the data required for business analysis and tools necessary to support business needs. Must be skilled in establishing and communicating delivery expectations for requested work with customers. Will maintain, prioritize, and communicate status of the queue(s) for customer requests for applications, reports, interfaces and scripts. Also will develop process controls and audits to ensure applications adhere to agreed upon data definitions and standards. Responsible for establishing and maintaining proper documentation standards for custom applications, databases, reports, interfaces and scripts as wellas an inventory of clinical, human resources, financial, and quality data including locations and schemas. Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience is required. A minimum six to eight years of structured programming, application development, or report writing experience preferable in a healthcare setting. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal Server Sites, Microsoft .NET framework, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Microsoft SQL data mining capabilities and WEB development expertise especially as it relates to supporting WEB views of SQL data is highly desirable.
