The team is looking for a senior Java developer, preferably with some
experience of web technologies, who will be responsible for designing and
developing applications.
· Responsible for application design and development; should be
familiar with all SDLC phases
· Work with internal clients and end-users to determine functional
requirements
· Provide leadership and guidance to other team members in
technical specialties
· Communicate effectively in both verbal and written (requirements
and design specifications)

*Experience/ Technical Skills Requirements:*
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years’ related IT experience; preferably in Finance Services, Human
Resources domain
- Strong Object-oriented analysis and design skills, OO design patterns,
and UML
- 5+ years Core Java/J2EE development; working experience with Java,
Servlets, JSPs, Hibernate, JavaScript, SOA, XML, Web Services
- 5+ years RDBMS, SQL, Data Modeling; experience with designing and
developing data model, queries, stored procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Flex or similar UI frameworks
- Linux, scripting (shell, Perl)
- DbUnit
- Business Objects, ETL
