Description: This Advisor Level Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for managing one or more projects through delivery of expected business benefit. The ideal candidate will must have or be able to do the following: 1. For this position, Business Intelligence (BI) tools experience is a MUST. Some BI tools include: Microstrategy (preferred), Actuate, Microsoft Sequel Reporting Services (SRS), Business Objects. and SAS OLAP. Preferably new DataMart creation or significant reengineering project experience. 2. MS Project skills are a MUST - we will not train this or have the time available for someone to learn 3. Requirements gathering and create scope/charter logs - this position is not the analyst, but will be responsible for translation. 4. Ability to execute change management through issue and risk logs. 5. We utilize the waterfall approach, but some agile experience is a plus. 6. Ability to DRIVE delivery and not let scope/schedule/cost dictate the end goal 7. Must be have SUPERIOR communication and political skills - this person will be dealing with the business leaders directly. 8. Finanical managment is key - costs are allocated against capital AND expense 9. Looking for a variety of industry experience, doesn't have to be a healthcare focus 10. A PLUS if the person has any programming experience, just so that he/she can work with the developers and understand why all the pieces go together. 11. PMP is NOT required. 12. Needs to have greater than 5 years exp. 13. Note for project size/scope - around $2M and 20K work hours; so need EPM's that have supported large efforts. 14.
