If interested, please send an updated resume to pav...@apextinc.com Position Title:  PeopleSoft Functional PAYROLL Lead Project Location:Tulsa, OK Contract Duration:  6 months w/ option for additional time Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills: 1.       Must have 5-7+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Experience w/9.1 experience is strongly preferred, 9.0 experience is mandatory. a.       Expertise with requirements gathering Fit/Gap analysis, functional design and documentation. b.      Need to have extensive experience with creating detailed Fit/Gap documents and adherence to SDLC. 2.       Must have Exp with PeopleSoft 9.1 on tools 8.5x is preferred. a.       Must be familiar with process and functionality improvements in overall all HCM ecosystem and specifically within North American Payroll. b.      Experience with Payroll Interface will be a huge bonus 3.        Must have worked on at least 3 PeopleSoft upgrades as a Functional Lead, upgrade experience to 9.1 is preferred. 4.       Experience with recruitment (TAM, CG)  or AWE will be a huge bonus 5.       Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6.       Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.       Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
