The type of consultancy can deal with one specific aspect of IS, or it can be wide ranging and address many aspects, or it can be of a strategic nature.Leads one or more of the Contractor's ERP development and/or implementation teams (or may project manage a medium level engagement). Responsible for setting up the project plan and the project organization. Responsible for managing the project budget and provides operational guidance to consultants and IT specialists on single (or multiple smaller) project. Maintains intensive contact with the clients regarding the technical, functional and organizational aspects of the project and provides regular external and internal updates on the progress of the project. Responsible for co-coordinating the flow of information within the implementation plan. Provides management advice to clients on strategy, design and definition of business processes and their link to the ERP solution.
