*Job Description***

·         5+ years of TeamSite application support; 3+ years experience
with TeamSite 7.x basic infrastructure (RHEL5), Templating, SitePublisher,
LiveSite and OpenDeploy/DataDeploy with installation, upgrades,
configuration and support are required.

·         Also required is experience with application and web servers, and
databases such as Oracle; experience in software development of web
applications using Java (J2EE platform), JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, XML,
XSLT, CSS, PERL, and JavaScript; strong knowledge of TeamSite data
migration, store maintenance activities, log management and reviews, backup
/ recovery concepts for TeamSite, and issue tracking is required.

·         Experiences in the following are pluses: Autonomy Report Center,
DHTML, Portal Frameworks, Web Services, Perl, and shell scripting.

·         The Apps Support will play a key role within our critical Web
Content Management System (WCM/ICMS) platform.

·         The candidate will be supporting custom components of the ICMS
infrastructure built on top of HP/Interwoven's TeamSite Product for all
global Citibank partners.

·         In addition, the candidate will work closely with our WCM
development group and provide platform enhancement requests along with
operational performance improvements for our shared platform developed by
our WCM center of excellence team.

·         The Apps Support position is a senior level technical position in
software support of our Global WCMS implementation which entails activities
of product administration, user management, user and ODR license
controlling, issue tracking, problem resolution, prioritization management
of issues for TeamSite platform, performance analysis with recommendations,
TeamSite tuning, supporting business users directly, and
troubleshooting/supporting TeamSite field problems quickly.

·         This position also includes answering technical questions from
clients and development group, resolving applications and operations issues.
