Job Title: SQL Server DBA
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Duration: 6+ Month

Job Responsibilities:
Provide Data modeling, development and operational support.
Provide operational and project support for Client’s databases and data in
a distributed multi-application environment.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technology field; equivalent experience
may be considered.
Knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational database system: security,
backup and recovery capabilities, System and Database performance
management, data architecture and capacity planning and disaster recovery
planning and testing.
Ability to move data around (one or more of: shell scripting, Perl, Python,
Powershell or similar)
Strong data modeling skills and techniques.
Experience turning a logical process into code.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Experience with columnar databases, Hadoop, large datasets and cloud-based
environments a plus.
