Job Title: TIBCO Lead Developer Location: Rosemont, IL Duration: 3-6 Months + Position Description: Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and supports all aspects of TIBCO Suite. Must be a fast learner, and eager to mentor less experienced team members. Feels comfortable in assuming different roles as a member of a development team. Skills Required: 5+ years experience analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing using SDLC practices, including experience using Agile processes. Solid understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns. Significant testing experience using soapUI or JMeter. Solid understanding of EAI and relational databases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player. TIBCO Product experience required in: 1. TIBCO BusinessWorks™ 5.9.2 2. TIBCO Enterprise Message Service™ 6.1.0 3.
